-Direct billing is available to most major insurance companies. Please be prepared to pay in full at your appointment in case your insurer is not available for direect billing-occassionally, insurance portals have issues and I am not able to direct bill to them, thus, you will be responsible for making payment & submitting your claim to your insurer for reimbursement. 

-Knowledge of personal insurance plan details are the responsibility of the client.

-Any portion of the session fee not covered by the clients insurance provider is the responsibility of the client and to be paid at the end of the session.

- Late arrivals may receive a shorter session. Full payment for the original appointment time is required. Only the actual session time will be billed directly.

-Rescheduling: We understand life happens so please message us as soon as you can. We will try to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost, subject to availability. On the other hand, for no shows, cancellations less than 24 hours, or no notice, appointments will be charged $40 of the booked session cost. We will offer to reschedule, but pre-payment may be required.
