Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens & things come up. To help us serve clients effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellation.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $60 + tax.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business, we rely on this policy to operate sustainably as missed appointments and late cancellations limit our ability to accomodate other clients.

Payments

Direct billing is available for most major insurance companies. However, please be prepared to pay in full if direct billing is unavailable due to portal issues. You may submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Full payment for the original time is still required, though only the actual time will be billed to insurance.

Payments accepted by cash, credit, debit, or e-transfer.
HST is included in all prices.
