Appointment Policies

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent others from receiving care and affect the sustainability of the practice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no-show appointments will be charged a $60 fee plus HST.
If lateness exceeds 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and card on file will be charged.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I offer grace for rare, genuine circumstances. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to 100 plus HST, a restricted access to booking and will be required to pay any outstanding fees before scheduling future appointments.

Payments

Direct billing is available for most major insurance companies. However, please be prepared to pay in full if direct billing is unavailable due to portal issues. You may submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session. Full payment for the original time is still required, and only the actual time will be billed to insurance.

Payments accepted by cash, credit, debit, or e-transfer.
